Early COOPAC mission and vision defined themselves as follows :

« Restructuring the activities of coffee sector in this area with great potential targeting the production of coffee of high quality open to access more lucrative international markets;
« Improving substantially small producers living conditions in a sustainable manner.  »
While considering its early dual mission and vision and its vision to produce organic coffee, the nature of the activities of COOPAC includes cultivation, supervision of coffee producers, production of organic fertilizer, promotion, processing, marketing and exporting of Arabica Fully Washed and Semi-Washed green coffees of high quality.
Key export is that of green Fully Washed and Semi-Washed coffee. However, COOPAC also exports following qualities of coffee : green coffee FW A3 15+, green coffee FW 14-16 and green  coffee Triage SW.
