Green coffee is packed in jute bags of 60 kg each, ready for export. A buyer of coffee smells unroasted beans to test and evaluate their quality. Flavors - fruity, floral, creamy, musky, salty, sour, camphor, and oily, all have specific meanings to the expert.

COOPAC places on the export market two qualities of green coffee :

• Green coffee Fully Washed (FW)
• Green coffee Semi Washed (SW) or Ordinary green coffee.
