Roasted Coffee Roasted coffee is 100% Arabica Bourbon. Once selected, green beans are roasted in Kigali, releasing their flavors and aromas enclosed in addition to 200 chemical ingredients. Roasting produces over 400 components which assume themselves naturally and create the flavor of roasted coffee. COOPAC places on the consumption market two ranges of roasted coffee under the label of « KIVU BOURBON » and « KARISIMBI », packaged in packs of various quantities.
